SIZE MATTERS

STEELE is dedicated to delivering quality apparel with optimal fit for varied movements and an active transitional lifestyle in mind. STEELE gear is cut for athletic builds.  If your shape is lean, try the size you normally wear. If you’re broad or have a thick build, you may want to try one size larger than usual.  If the fit isn’t perfect on the first try, we’ll work with you to find another size that is! To get the most optimal fit, use the measuring tips provided below.

HOW TO MEASURE

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

  • Neck – Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam’s apple), keeping tape a bit close
  • Chest – Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back
  • Arm Length – Bend your elbow 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Hold the tape measure at the center back of your neck.               Measure across your shoulder to your elbow and down to your wrist.
  • Waist – Measure around natural waistline
  • Inseam – Measure inside length of your leg from the crotch to bottom of your ankle.

SELECTING THE PERFECT SIZE

If your body measurement is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different suggested sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.
